• Are there age or income requirements? Available to seniors and disabled adults.

• Are there any additional costs, such as going over a certain number of miles, waiting while I shop, or assisting with bags? It depends, when we discuss your trip we will advise you.

• Are there restrictions on the purpose of the ride? No

• Can a companion travel too? Only if employed by our agency.

• Is it a shared ride? If so, how long can I expect to be in the vehicle? Your driver will communicate that with you.

• What transportation choices are available? We offer safe transporation vans.

• What is the service area? Within 50 miles of Richmond, VA.

 

Payment

• How is payment handled? You will set up arrangements when you request your ride(s).

• Is fare assistance available? Yes, if you have health insurance.

• What are the costs? Costs are calculated based on mileage.

 

Scheduling Transportation

• How far in advance do I need to schedule a ride? Preferably 24-48 hours in advance.

• What is the pick-up window time frame? 2-3 hours in advance
